Equipping individuals with the training, certification, and spiritual foundation required to provide care in times of crisis, loss, and need.
Bridging the gap between spiritual calling and professional chaplaincy service.
Many individuals feel called to provide spiritual care beyond the traditional church setting, in hospitals, correctional facilities, schools, and crisis environments.
Without proper preparation, even those with genuine calling may struggle to provide the level of care required in structured and sensitive settings.
See the kind of service our training prepares you for.
CIPC was founded by ministry leaders who grew tired of watching gifted, proven servants stalled, not for lack of calling, but for lack of institutional paperwork.
We asked a question few institutions were willing to confront:
Why not certify competence instead of counting classroom hours?
Not easier. Not cheaper.Just built for people already doing the work.

“I spent over a decade building a church from 20 to over 400 people. When I applied to teach theology, I was told no — not because I lacked experience, but because I lacked an MDiv. That moment revealed a broken system. CIPC was built to fix it.”founder@charteredchaplains.org

Built on the Word. Committed to the Call.
Anchored in the unchanging authority of Scripture. Truth is not optional, it is our compass. Every program, certification, and member must uphold sound doctrine in a shifting world.
We believe true theological training transforms both mind and heart. Integrity governs our scholarship, leadership, ethics, and stewardship of divine knowledge.
Beyond information, we cultivate discernment: leaders who rightly divide the Word of Truth, confront error with wisdom, and discern the times with clarity.
From pulpits to boardrooms, mission fields to institutions, our leaders serve with humility, compassion, and a Kingdom-first mindset.
Our aim is not merely education, but transformation: lives reshaped, institutions reformed, and nations impacted by truth that echoes into eternity.
